TAILORED TOUCH CARE
PROFESSIONAL HOME CARE
PROFESSIONAL NON-MEDICAL HOME CARE BUILT AROUND THE PERSON
Home care shouldn't begin with a package. It should begin with a person.
Engineered for Reliability. Designed for Comfort.
What can your loved one still do independently?
Where are things becoming difficult?
Which routines matter?
What kind of caregiver might fit naturally into their day?
What makes them comfortable?
Where is the family concerned?
We begin there. Then we design the support around the answers.
THE TAILORED TOUCH DIFFERENCE
COMPANION CARE
More Than Someone Sitting in the Room. Companionship should add something meaningful to the day. That may mean conversation over coffee, preparing lunch together, taking a walk, running an errand, working on a favorite activity, or simply having a familiar person around. Companion Care may include:
Conversation and social engagement
Activities and hobbies
Meal preparation
Grocery shopping
Errands
Transportation
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping
Laundry
Walks and appropriate activities
Support maintaining daily routines
Best suited for: older adults living alone, individuals who could benefit from more social interaction or routine support, and families wanting dependable check-ins.
PERSONAL CARE
Help Without Taking Away Independence. Personal assistance can be deeply personal. How that help is provided matters. Our caregivers support daily activities while respecting the client's preferences, privacy, pace, and abilities. Personal Care may include:
Bathing assistance
Dressing
Grooming
Toileting assistance
Mobility support
Transfers
Continence support
Meal assistance
Medication reminders
Routine safety observation
Best suited for: older adults living alone, individuals who could benefit from more social interaction or routine support, and families wanting dependable check-ins.
MEMORY CARE SUPPORT
Familiarity Matters. Memory changes can make an unfamiliar day feel even more unfamiliar. For individuals living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory changes, routine, patience, familiarity, and the right caregiver relationship can matter tremendously. Non-medical Memory Care Support may include:
Familiar daily routines
Meaningful engagement
Patient communication
Gentle redirection
Reassurance
Companionship
Personal care assistance
Meal support
Safety supervision
Family respite
Observation and communication of meaningful changes. When specialized memory support is needed, relevant caregiver experience and qualifications become an important part of the matching process. We don't expect the person to adapt to us. We work to understand their world.
HOMEMAKING
Keeping Everyday Life Moving. Sometimes remaining comfortable at home comes down to getting help with ordinary things that have become difficult. Homemaking support may include:
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Laundry
Changing bed linens
Grocery shopping
Errands
Organization of commonly used spaces
Routine household assistance
Best suited for: older adults living alone, individuals who could benefit from more social interaction or routine support, and families wanting dependable check-ins.
FAMILY RESPITE CARE
Sometimes the Family Caregiver Needs Support Too. Family caregiving can become a significant responsibility alongside work, children, appointments, relationships, and everyday life. Respite Care provides dependable support so a family caregiver can step away for a few hours knowing someone is there. That time may be used to:
Work
Rest
Attend appointments
Run errands
Spend time with family
Travel
Recharge
Supporting the family caregiver can help make the overall care arrangement more sustainable.
RECOVERY & TRANSITION SUPPORT
Coming Home Changes the Routine. A hospital or rehabilitation discharge can create new questions.
Tailored Touch Care provides professional non-medical support that can help make the transition home more manageable. Support may include:
Will someone be there?
Can Mom safely prepare meals?
Does Dad need help getting dressed?
Who will drive to appointments?
Can the family manage everything that's suddenly required?
