About the Position

Personal Care Specialists provide respectful, hands-on assistance while helping clients maintain as much independence and dignity as possible.

Responsibilities May Include:
  • Bathing and grooming assistance
  • Dressing
  • Toileting assistance
  • Mobility support
  • Assistance with personal routines
  • Meal preparation
  • Companion care
  • Observing and communicating meaningful changes
Qualifications / Expectations:
  • Prior hands-on personal-care experience preferred
  • CNA training or certification welcomed
  • Understands dignity and privacy
  • Uses good judgment
  • Follows established care plans
  • Communicates changes and concerns
  • Understands safe caregiving practices
