TAILORED TOUCH CARE

PROFESSIONAL HOME CARE

A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO DEPENDABLE HOME CARE.

Tailored Touch Care provides professional non-medical home care for older adults and families throughout West Omaha and surrounding communities.

Engineered for Reliability. Designed for Comfort.

Our approach began with a straightforward belief:

Families deserve home care they can depend on.

Not just when everything goes according to plan.

Dependability matters when a schedule changes.

When a caregiver becomes unavailable.

When a family needs an answer.

When a client's needs change.

When a caregiver match isn't working.

Those are the moments when the company behind the caregiver matters. That's why Tailored Touch Care was designed differently.

OUR STORY

Meet the Founder

Tailored Touch Care was founded by Randy Dillon with a different perspective on what dependable home care should look like. With a Master of Industrial Distribution from the Texas A&M University College of Engineering and years of experience designing dependable business systems, Randy brings a systems-thinking approach to home care-one centered on reliability, accountability, consistency, and continuous Improvement. He believes families shouldn't have to rely on chance when it comes to the care of someone they love. That's why Tailored Touch Care is being built differently. The systems behind the care-from caregiver selection and matching to scheduling, communication, backup planning, and quality follow-through-are intentionally designed to create a more dependable experience. But those systems aren't meant to make care feel mechanical. They're there so the care can feel personal. The caregiver can focus on the person-their routines, preferences, dignity, independence, and comfort-while Tailored Touch Care focuses on making sure the details behind that care don't get lost.

That's the philosophy behind the company: Engineered for Reliability. Designed for Comfort

TAILORED TOUCH CARE

ENGINEERED FOR RELIABILITY

It means reliability isn't simply something we say. It's something we work to support through the way care is organized.

Caregiver Selection

Finding people with the reliability, professionalism, experience, and character the work requires.

Clear Communication

Keeping families informed rather than leaving them to chase answers.

Thoughtful Matching

Looking beyond availability to consider client needs, caregiver strengths, personality, preferences, and compatibility.

Backup Planning

Preparing for disruptions before they become a family's problem.

Dependable Scheduling

Making sure everyone understands the agreed support and what matters to the client.

Follow-Through

Paying attention to whether what was planned is actually happening.

Clear Care Expectations

Planning carefully and preparing for the reality that schedules sometimes change.

Continuous Improvement

Learning from concerns, disruptions, and feedback instead of repeating the same problems.

DESIGNED FOR COMFORT

COMFORT

Because Home Is Personal. A person's home contains years of routines, preferences, memories, relationships, and independence.

Tailored Touch Care provides professional non-medical home care for older adults and families throughout West Omaha and surrounding communities. We respect that. We want to understand:

How does the client like the morning to begin?

What foods do they enjoy?

What makes them uncomfortable?

What topics interest them?

What should the family never have to explain twice?

How do they prefer to receive assistance?

Which routines should be preserved?

These details aren't extras. They're part of the care. That's what Designed for Comfort means.

THE RIGHT CAREGIVER ISN'T SIMPLY THE NEXT AVAILABLE CAREGIVER

Caregiver matching is one of the most important parts of the care experience. A caregiver can be experienced and dependable and still not be the right fit for every client. That's why we consider:

Personality

Specialized experience when appropriate

Relevant experience

Support needs

Communication style

Client preferences

Established routines

Whenever possible, we also value continuity because familiarity matters. The objective isn't simply to fill a shift. It's to build the right care relationship.

Scheduling compatibility

OUR PROMISE

Home Care You Can Depend On. We don't believe trust is built by making the biggest promises. It's built by what happens after the promise is made. We will work to:

Respond when circumstances change

Communicate clearly

Respect the client's routines and preferences

Understand the care plan

Arrive prepared

Listen when something isn't working

Take ownership of concerns

Unexpected situations can happen in home care. What matters is what happens next.

Keep improving the experience

WHAT WE VALUE

DIGNITY

Never forget whose home we're entering.

RESPECT

Listen before assuming.

COMMUNICATION

Don't leave people wondering.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Own the problem and work toward the solution.

INDIVIDUALITY

Fit the support around the person.

DEPENDABILITY

Do what we say we'll do.

CONTINUITY

Familiar relationships matter.

IMPROVEMENT

When something doesn't work, learn from it
